Product Description
TOR1AIP1 polyclonal antibody is available at gentaur for next week delivery
Background: Torsin-1A-interacting protein 1, required for nuclear membrane integrity. Induces TOR1A and TOR1B ATPase activity and is required for their location on the nuclear membrane. Binds to A- and B-type lamins. Possible role in membrane attachment and assembly of the nuclear lamina.
Applications: WB
Purification&Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: TOR1AIP1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of TOR1AIP1 protein.
