Reactivity: The monoclonal antibody is directed against the IL- 2 receptor B-chain (CD122), which is expressed on human normal blood large granular lymphocytes, particularly CD16 positive or CD56 positive population and some T-cells, particularly CD8 positive population.


Application: This monoclonal antibody is useful for analysis of the expression as well as of the function of IL-2 receptor B-chain|

Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence staining with analysis by FACS or fluorescence microscopy
