ANTIBODIES (anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
ANTI-COMPLEMENT C3a

MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO COMPLEMENT HUMAN C3a (human/pig/rabbit)
cat#RDI-PRO61018 $375.00/50ug vial $2188.00/1mg vial (NO BSA added)
Clone Determination H 13
Category Mouse monoclonal
Immunoglobulin Class IgG2b
Purification SpAss-Protein A (recombinant)
Antigen Human complement component C3
Specificity H 13 recognizes a C3a-determinant (eg C3 alpha-chain) which is present also on native C3. H 13 allows discrimination of ubiquitous or nonspecifically bound native C3 from biologically active C3b fragment, C3b or C are negative with H 13
Application Suitable for frozen tissue
Immunoblotting (Western)
ELISA
Stability at 4°C one year after reconstitution
Quantity 50 µg (lyoph.) with 0.5% BSA & 0.09% azide
Polypeptide Reacting C3a-determinant on C3 alpha-chain
Antigen Recognized in Human, guinea pig and rabbit
Species (tested so far)
Process Specifically Detected :Detection of C3 deposits in tissue, cells, microorganisms and immune complexes. It should be used with positive control anti-C3b (H11/H206). Non-activated, absorbed C3 contains C3a determinant, whereas activated C3 is negative with H 13
Working Dilution When reconstituted with 1ml distilled water, dilute further 1:10
Incubation Time 1h at RT
