-Mab CG2 can stain ACE in paraffin embedded tissue sections after microwave expression. The antibody doe snto react with the native enzyme and is therefroe not suitable for cryosections or functional studies. CD143 is restricted mainly to luminal endothelial cells of small muscular arteries and arterioles. On the other hand, practically all capillaries of normal human lung express CD143, while normal human kidney lacks any endothelial CD143 expression.
