Activity: This monoclonal recognizes the rat liver antigen CD26. It reacts with liver bile canicular domains and brush borders of bile ducts. It also recognizes other epithelial brush borders such as in kidney and intestine. Clone MRC OX-61 recognizes T lymphocytes and some B lymphocytes.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining.

Activity: This monoclonal recognizes the rat liver antigen CD26 (110-120kd single chain glycoprotien.) Main cellular activity includes resting and activated T cells, B cells, epithelial cells, hepatocytes, and endothelial cells.
Application: flow cytomerty: 5ul stain 1 Million nylon wool enriched rat lymphocytes derived from the spleen. Also suitable for immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation.
Storage: Store at 4 DEG C or -20 DEG C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Diluted material should be used within 2 weeks.
