Monoclonal anti-human CD29 (b1 integrin)/R-PE Conjugated clone 4B7R

cat# RDI-CD29abm-4BPE   $500.00/120T

Presentation: 120Tests in 0.5ml 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 15% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).

Clone: 4B7R

Isotype: Mouse IgG1k

PRODUCTION: Protein A purified antibody from tissue culture supernatant was conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin through a sulfo-ester linkage. Unconjugated antibody was removed using size exclusion chromatography. Antibody conjugate is at 0.8 mg/ml with an A565/A280 ratio of 1.58.

DILUTION: 1:20 (80ul/test)

INFORMATION: Human CD29 is the beta subunit of an integrin family of molecules expressed on diverse cell types which function as the major receptors for extracellular matrix and as cell-cell adhesion molecules. CD29 can form heterodimer pairs with at least nine different alpha subunits. Antibody 4B7R recognizes the CD29 integrin subunit.

PERFORMANCE: 500K cultured Nalm-6 cells were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-CD29/R-PE at a 1:20 dilution indicated above. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed using a BD FACstar plus. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.75 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/R-PE negative control (Cat#RDi- MIIG1PEX2 $188.00) at a similar concentration. Binding was 93% blocked when pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ull of 0.5 mg/ml anti-CD29 antibody (Cat#RDI-CD29abm-4B)
