Activity: Reacts with a 90-120kD antigen, clustered as CD93 in the Fifth Human Leucocyte differentation Workshop. CD93 is epxressed on normal monocytes and granulocytes, and not on lymphocytes. Its function has not been clearly identified. In the fifth Workshop, VIMD2b antibody was reported to bind to G- CSF receptor transfected BaF3 cells and also block binding of G-CSF to Cos cell expressing G-CSF receptor.
