Product Description
SGSH polyclonal antibody is available at gentaur for next week delivery
Background: This gene encodes one of several enzymes involved in the lysosomal degradation of heparan sulfate. Mutations in this gene are associated with Sanfilippo syndrome A, one type of the lysosomal storage disease mucopolysaccaridosis III, which results from impaired degradation of heparan sulfate. Transcripts of varying sizes have been reported but their biological validity has not been determined.
Applications: WB IHC
Purification&Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: SGSH polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of SGSH protein.
