Product Description
NFkB-p65 (phospho-S536) polyclonal antibody is available at gentaur for next week delivery
Background: p65 is a subunit of the nuclear factor kappa B. The transcription factor NFkB is widely recognized as a critical mediator of immune and inflammatory responses. In most cell types, NFkB is found in the cytoplasm where it is associated with an inhibitory prd in many tissues. A high proportion of spontaneous NIH/3T3 transformants overexpress c-Met and by transfection analysis the c-Met proto-oncogene has been shown to exhibittransforming activity.
Applications: WB
Purification&Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: p-NFκB-p65 (S536) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NFκB-p65 p53 protein when phosphorylated at Ser536.
