Anti-MOUSE CD16/CD32 Antibodies
Rat anti-mouse (CD32/16), monoclonal FC Gamma II/III Receptor
Catalog#: RDI-MCD3216 Price: $500.00/1pkg 0.5mg $219.00/0.1mg
Package Size: 0.5mg in 0.5ml
Supplied: purified ab in buffer with sodium azide preservative
Clone: 2.4G2
Ig Isotype: rat IgG2b
Purification: Purified from ascites
Reactivity: Reacts with mouse FC gamma II and FC gamma III receptors. This clone blocks non-antigen specific binding of antibodies to the mouse FCGII/III receptors. The FCGII/III receptors are expressed on murine natural killer cells, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, B lymphocytes and most fetal thymocytes prior to expression of CD4, CD8 and TCR.
USE: -flow cytometry (approx 1ug/million cells)
-in vitro blocking of Fc mediated binding of antibodies to FCG receptor bearing cells. <1ug/million cells
-reported for histochemistry on acetone fixed frozen sections using approx 10ug/ml and amplified detection
-immunoprecipitation
-activation of leukocytes by receptor cross linking
Storage: Store at 4 Deg C. Aliquot. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
