Product Description
GPR235 polyclonal antibody is available at gentaur for next week delivery
Background: Plasma membrane transporter mediating the uptake by cells of the water soluble vitamin B2/riboflavin that plays a key role in biochemical oxidation-reduction reactions of the carbohydrate, lipid, and amino acid metabolism. Humans are unable to synthesize vitamin B2/riboflavin and must obtain it via intestinal absorption. May also act as a receptor for 4-hydroxybutyrate (Probable).1 Publication1 Publication5 Publications(Microbial infection) In case of infection by retroviruses, acts as a cell receptor to retroviral envelopes similar to the porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV-A).
Applications: WB
Purification&Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: GPR17A2 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of GPR17A2 protein.
