Tumors Specifically Detected Specific subtypes of adeno-CA: Adeno-CA of pancreas, gallbladder, lung, cervix; cholangio-CA of liver; ductal and lobular CA of breast; CA of ovary; transitional cell CA of bladder; mesothelioma; negative with colorectal Adeno CA and most cases of hepatocellular CA. Occasionally, staining of blood vessel walls, particularly of endothelial cells may be observed.
Application Suitable for frozen and paraffin (P) embedded tissue ,Cytological material Pretreatment With paraffin embedded sections, protease pretreatment is required prior to antibody application Working Dilution When reconstituted with 1ml destilled water, dilute 1:50 (at least) with PBS, pH 7.4 for use in immunohistochemistry Incubation Time 1h at RT, extended with P (over night at 4°C)
