Storage: Store product at 2-8�C until opened. After opening store remainder at 2-8�C under sterile conditions. Dilute only enough protein for a single day's use. Rabbit Fc crystallizes readily on standing. To dissolve crystals, titrate to pH 11 with dilute alkali and immediately lower pH to desired range with dilute acid. Expiration date: one year from date of receipt.
Purity: The precipitin line(s) against goat anti-rabbit whole serum is (are) the same as that (those) against goat anti- rabbit IgG, Fc fragment specific when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration of 20 mg/ml. No reaction was observed against goat anti-rabbit IgG, F(ab')2 fragment specific.
