Monoclonal mouse anti-alcohol dehydrogenase (Human)

CAT#: RDI-TRK4AD1-1E5

PRICE: $300.00/mg or $250.00/mg 2 or more

Clone: ADH 1E5
These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified alcholol dehydrogenase from human liver.

Specificity: Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH),human

Reactivity: MoAb ADH 1E5 reacts with ADH with Kd=10-10M. MoAb ADH 1E5 does not influeince the oxidoreductase activity. MoAb 1E5 do not cross-react with ADH from rat and rabbit. Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 1/1,000,000.

Mouse isotype: All IgG1

Application: Immynocytochemistry analysis of hepatocyte dif ferentiation.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.

Purity is tested by electrophoresis

PRESENTATION: Each monoclonal is delivered in a sealed vial at a concentration of 1 milligram of murine monoclonal antibody dissolved in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.1% sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Storage: Purified monoclonal antibodies are generally stable for period at 4 0C. However repeated warming to room temperature and re-cooling may result in loss of activity and hence working titre.

FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR USE IN OR ON HUMANS OR ANIMALS-
