Reactivity: Clostridium Botulinum E Toxoid (see table below).
Mab isotype: IgG1 for all Mabs
Application: The Mabs BE2 and BE3 recognize the H-subunit of C. botulinum E Toxoid. The antibodies are working in ELISA and Western Blotting.The Mabs KBE144, KBE169 and KBE42 recognize C. botulinum E Toxoid in sandwich ELISA. Recommended pairs (capture - conjugate): KBE169 - KBE42, KBE144 - KBE42. There is no cross-reactivity with A and B toxoids in sandwich ELISA.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1 % of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.

Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
