Activity: Reacts with the human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) receptor. G-CSFR are expressed on the neutrophils, myeloid leukemias, endothelium, platelets and placenta. The immunogen for this antibody was the CH0-6A11 cell line which was generated by transfection of CHO cells with an expression vector containing a full length cDNA encoding the human G-CSF receptor. Binding approx position 332-346

Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining (flow cytometry) , Titer for each application -recommend approx 2ug/million cells, use Streptavidin:PE, positive staining on human peripheral blood granulocytes and TF-1 and U-937 cell lines but not with human peripheral blood lymphocytes and Raji and JY cell lines.

-western blot (on peripheral blood granulocytes=2 bands 130kDa and a minor band at 95kDa).

-immunoprecipitation
