  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

ANTI-Atrial Natriuretic Peptide  (see below monoclonal and polyclonal)

Anti-Atrial Natriuretic Peptide Monoclonal Antibody

PRODUCT CODE :RDI-CBL66      $375.00/vial 1mg

CLONE: 23/1

ISOTYPE: IgG1

SOURCE: Tissue culture supernatant

PURIFICATION METHOD: Protein A affinity chromatography

SPECIFICITY: ANP (Whole molecule and residues 4-28)

AFFINITY CONSTANT: 1 x 1010mol-1

APPLICATIONS:

* This antibody has been tested and shown to work well in a competitive radioimmunoassay. The application is therefore toward clinical measurement of circulating ANP levels possibly in conjunction with cyclic GMP.

* Also works in a liquid phase assay without plasma extraction.

* Antibody works on formalin-fixed paraffin wax embedded tissue.

PRESENTATION: 1 mg of murine monoclonal antibody (A280nm) dissolved in phosphate buffered saline. Contains 10 mM sodium azide as preser vative.

STORAGE: Purified monoclonal antibodies are generally stable for long periods at 4oC. However repeated warming to room temperature and re-cooling may result in a loss of activity and hence effective working titre. It is recommended that monoclonal antibodies are aliquotted upon receipt and then stored at -20C. After thawing they should then be used as a stock solution for up to 60 days. Dilute working solutions are best prepared on the day of use.

For research use only. Not supplied for use in human diagnostic or therapeutic procedures

DATA SHEET: Rabbit anti-Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (ANP)   (Polyclonal)
