Purification: purified by ultrcentrifugation using 10-40% sucrose gradient

Presentation: 1mg in 0.8ml (1.3mg/ml) 0.05M Tris-HCL, pH8.0, 0.1M NaCl, 5mM EDTA,containing 0.1% sodium azide, 0.005% merthiolate (See batch sheet with shipment for batch specific information)

Inactivation: 0.005% merthiolate

This product has been treated in a manner consistent with methods of inactivation. Generally accepted good laboratory practices appropriate to microbiolical/viral safe handling practices and techniques is required at work.
