  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Anti-ESDN Protein Polyclonal Antibody

Catalog Number: RDI-ALS24270     $312.00/100ug

                            RDI-ALS24270X   $1875.00/1mg

Lot Number:

Quantity: 100ug in 100ul (1 mg/ml) in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.

Description: A novel protein ESDN (endothelial and smooth muscle cell-derived neuropilin-like molecule) is a type-I transmembrane protein with the longest cleavable secretory signal sequence among eukaryotes. It is expressed in various tissues; particularly highly expressed in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells. ESDN is considered to play a role in regulation of vascular cell growth and may have a wide variety of functions in other tissues including the nervous system, like neuropilins.

Host Species: Rabbit

Specificity: Reacts with residues 399-416 [QDKIFQGNKDYHKDVRNN] of the human ESDN protein. Cross reacts with mouse and rat ESDN protein.

Applications: Western blot - Use at 1:500 to 1:1,000 dilution. However, the investigator should determine the optimal dilution for a specific application such as immunohistochemistry.

Format: Affinity purified IgG

Storage: Maintain at +2-8°C for 3 months or at -20°C for longer periods. Stable for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
