Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Antigen: Yeast aldehyde dehydrogenasee

Applications: suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot 182kDa band under non reducing conditions, and 56kDa under reducing conditions) and ELISA. Minimal cross expected with mammalian enzymes.

Recommended Dilutions: Not determined. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher. approx 1:5K Elisa, 1:100WB

Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4'C prior to restoration. Re-store with 5.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4'C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20'C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1)year from date of reconstituion.
