Human Cytokine/Growth Factor/Chemokines Sample Spec sheets (subject to change without notice):

Recombinant Human MIP-3 ALPHA

Description:Human macrophage inflammatory protein 3 alpha (MIP- 3A) plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tisseu macrophages. Human MIP-3 alpha is an 8.0 kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues.

CAT#: RDI-3030

Quantity: 20 ug/vial $231.00    $219.00/package 2+

                Mini-Pack:cat#RDI-3030P $94.00/5ug    inquire for bulk

Source: E. coli

Formation: Lyophilized protein with no additives.

Stability: The lyophilized MIP3A, though stable at room temperature for a few weeks, is best stored desiccated at -20 DEG C. Reconstituted human MIP3A can be stored frozen in working aliquots at -20'C.

Purity: Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per ug (1Eu.ug) of MIP-3 alpha.

Reconstitution: The lyophilized MIP-3A is soluble in water and most aqueous buffers. The lyophilized protein can be reconstitued in water to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. Allow to set at least 30 minutes at 4 DEG C, tighten cap, mix well by inversion. If desired, centrifuge 1 minute at 1000 rpm to concentrate material in vial. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein (as 0.1% BSA or HSA) or medium containing serum. This solution can be stored at 4 DEG C for up to 1 week or at -20 DEG C for long term use. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.

Biological Activity: Significant Chemotactic activity using human T cells was acheived using a concentration of 10-100ng/ml.
