Cytokines, Growth Factors & Chemokines:ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of recombinant growth factors, cytokines and chemokines and antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

MDC ANTISERA
--Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC) is a unique member of the CC chemokine family. Human MDC is highly expressed in macrophages and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, but not in monocytes, natural killer cells, or several cell lines of epithelial, endothelial or fibroblast origin.

Rabbit anti-human MDC(antigen aff pure, lyophilized, no carrier/no preservative)

cat#RDI-MDCabrP        $250.00/50ug

cat#RDI-MDCabrP1      $375.00/100ug

Rabbit anti-human MDC:Biotin conjugated (antigen aff pure, conjugated to Biotin, lyophilized, carrier free)

cat#RDI-MDCabrPB       $250.00/25ug

cat#RDI-MDCabrPB1     $375.00/50ug

Mouse anti-human MDC

cat#RDI-MDCabmP       $375.00/0.5mg

-protein A purified, no additives, lyophilized

Antigen-Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibodies   Anti-Human MDC

cat# RDI-MDCabrP   $250.00/50ug

       RDI-MDCabrP1  $375.00/100ug

Preparation : Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hMDC (human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine). Anti-hMDC specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hMDC matrix.

Source : Rabbit

Formulation : A sterile filtered antibody solution (1mg/ml) was lyophilized from 0.5X PBS pH 7.4.

Stability : The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -200C.

Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.2 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.

Applications :

Neutralization

To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMDC (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 5-7 µg/ml of this antibody is required.

Elisa

To detect hMDC by direct ELISA (using 100µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMDC.

Western Blot

To detect hMDC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1- 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMDC is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Country of Origin : USA

Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not   for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics.
